Bagi kita yang pernah berkeliling ke Kudus, pasti pernah tahu yang namanya Nasi Pindang khas Kudus. Di Kudus banyak variasi masakan yang cukup terkenal, salah satunya ya.. nasi Pindangnya yang bikin perut selalu lapar karena kelezatannya. Sebenarnya sich, aku lebih familiar dengan rawon, masakan khas Jawa Timur ( arek Suraboyo je’ .. ), yang mirip dengan Nasi Pindang Kudus itu …

Rawon dan Pindang Kudus, sama – sama menggunakan daging irisan tetapi bedanya, kuah nasi Pindang memakai santan sedangkan Rawon tidak. Pada Nasi Pindang Kudus kita akan mendapati aroma daun mlinjo sedangkan pada Rawon kita akan mendapati taoge.  Pingin tahu gimana rasanya .. nikmati dulu gambarnya ya …

Supaya nggak penasaran, ini ada resep bagaimana membuat nasi Pindang khas Kudus. Ini bahan – bahan yang dibutuhkan.

Bahan :

  1. 300 gram daging sapi bagian sandung lamur
  2. 1 liter air
  3. 2 lembar daun salam
  4. 2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan
  5. 300 ml santan
  6. 50 gram daun melinjo
  7. 2 sendok teh garam
  8. 1 sendok makan air asam
  9. 3 sendok makan minyak goreng

Bumbu Halus :

  1. 6 butir bawang merah
  2. 3 siung bawang putih
  3. 2 buah kluwek ambil isinya
  4. 1/2 sendok teh terasi
  5. 1/2 sendok teh ketumbar

Cara Membuat :

  1. Didihkan air secukupnya dalam panci dengan daging didalamnya, usahakan dagingnya terendam. Rebus hingga daging empuk. Iris daging sesuai dengan selera.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam dan lengkuas sampai harum.
  3. Masukan daging irisan.
  4. Aduk – aduk sebentar, kemudian masukan air kaldu rebusan daging, beri garam secukupnya dan masukan santan.
  5. Jika bumbu telah meresap, tambahkan daun mlinjo.
  6. Biarkan sebentar, lalu angkat dan siap untuk dihidangkan.

Gimana, mudah bukan ..? ada satu lagi khas Kudus dalam khasanah kuliner Indonesia,.. Sate Kerbau… Tapi sayang ya,.. di Surabaya sulit mencari daging kerbau. So, tunggu resep selanjutnya ya …
